Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide comprehensive end-user support services. Does your ideal role involve direct customer contact and handling diverse requirements in 2nd level support, closely related to both software and hardware?
As part of our On-Site Support Team, you will engage in activities that make your heart beat faster:
- Installation, configuration, and expansion of complex IT systems
- Supporting various IT system applications (MS Windows 10, MS Active Directory, etc.)
- 2nd level hardware repair and ticket system order management
- Creating system documentation
Requirements:
- Passion for IT support
- Experience with software and hardware
- Good command of both German and English languages at B2 level
