Responsibilities:

Provide on-site deskside support, addressing technical issues related to hardware, software, and operating systems.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Install and configure computer hardware, peripherals, and accessories, ensuring all systems are properly set up and functional.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of network equipment, ensuring basic connectivity and resolving related issues.
Manage and maintain meeting room equipment, providing technical support when needed.
Document all support activities through ticketing systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Requirements:

A minimum of two years of experience in User Deskside Support .
Proficient in diagnosing, troubleshooting , and resolving hardware, software, and operating system issues , including expertise in Windows 10, Mac OS, MS Office 365, and related applications.
Experienced in installing computer hardware and accessories .
Possesses basic knowledge of networking equipment .
Familiarity with meeting room equipment is a plus.
Capable of lifting and moving IT equipment weighing up to 20kg .
Holding certifications such as CompTIA A+ or OEM manufacturer certification is an advantage.
