Your role

• Assist in analyzing business processes, KPIs, and performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in monitoring the sales pipeline and tracking opportunity performance against defined targets
• Develop, maintain, and optimize standard and ad hoc reports.
• Prepare, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Support the design and development of dashboards and visual analytics solutions using tools such as Power BI and Salesforce.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, IT, and Master Data Management teams to ensure data accuracy and business alignment.
• Translate business requirements into analytical approaches and reporting solutions.
• Assist in defining and monitoring key performance indicators for the sales organization
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to local and global reporting, analytics, and business intelligence projects.
• Assist in streamlining and automating reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support the deployment and adoption of new analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.

What will make you successful

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or a comparable degree program
• First practical experience through an internship or trainee program in Business Analytics / Reporting / Finance or a similar position is required
• Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Initial experience creating Power BI dashboards required
• Salesforce reporting knowledge required
• Experience with ERP systems, like SAP, is an advantage
• Quick grasp of business operations and organizational contexts
• Strong analytical skills and high affinity for numbers
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Business fluent English
