Successfully completed upscaled interior projects for luxurious residential properties, hotels, and offices.
Worked independently and also closely with the internal interior team to instigate design concepts with themes and storyboards, select interior materials, furniture, lighting, utilities, art, and accessories, create client presentations with digital software, such as Indesign, Powerpoint, and co-ordinated graphic renderings.
For each project, Specification Books with FF&E and interior materials details (such as furniture/lighting/material plan, CAD, and material specification and samples) were included.
Development of products was realized with regular communications with suppliers and contractors including sample controls and on-site inspections.
