Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a related field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or related fields
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in life sciences and/or healthcare
- In-depth knowledge of life science value chain and business models
- Strong expertise in data analytics, strategy, engineering, and architecture in life sciences and/or healthcare
- Experience with life science research or clinical data a plus
- Proficiency in programming, data analysis, and visualization tools, such as SQL, Python, R, and Tableau
- Keen affinity for advancing digitalization in Life Sciences organizations
- Willingness to act decisively and proactively in situations with limited information
- Proven ability to work with, lead, and influence cross-functional teams and clients
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated, independent, and results-driven
- Willingness to travel
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis, develop insights, and present findings to internal and external clients to inform business decisions
- Design and build secure data architectures and engineering solutions that support advanced analytics and data-driven insights
- Consult on, develop, and implement data strategies and data management frameworks for life sciences organizations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and software engineers to identify and prioritize key data projects
- Lead the development of digital enablement solutions to help life sciences organizations leverage data for competitive advantage
- Active coordination, management, support, and delivery of data-focused client projects in Pharma, MedTech and/or Public Healthcare
- Participation in developing innovative solutions to challenges across Life Science industries
- Identification and evaluation of potential business opportunities and active support with business development in the US
- Acquisition and management of projects in various Life Science disciplines
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support on technical and strategic issues
- Cultivation of strong professional relationships with members of the Pharma, MedTech and/or Public Healthcare communities
