As Senior Business Operations Engineer in Data Analytics, you will translate data into strategic insights that shape our Security Services. You’ll partner with leadership to drive data-driven decisions, build predictive models, and steward production ML pipelines. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, operations, and enterprise strategy, influencing cross-functional partners. You’ll use data storytelling to inform executive decisions and help scale our analytics alongside the Aurora Superintelligence platform, supporting measurable risk reduction.

- Design and deploy predictive models and maintain ML pipelines in production

- Ensure data quality, governance, and automate analytics workflows

- Bachelor or Master degree in a related field
- Deep experience in data analytics or business operations with strategic impact
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau (or similar data visualization tools)
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, statistical modeling, and MLOps

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Git
