Requirements

  • Own and drive all regional sales activities, including pipeline management, forecasting, and go-to-market execution

  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies to win new customers and expand partner relationships

  • Analyse sales performance regularly and implement clear, actionable improvements

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Channel, and Customer Success to drive regional success

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of new team members

  • Ensure the team is fully enabled on Arctic Wolf solutions, value proposition, and competitive landscape

  • Represent Arctic Wolf at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences
