Requirements
- Proven experience leading SaaS sales teams, ideally in the mid-market / commercial segment ,
- ~10+ years in B2B technology sales, with several years in a leadership role ,
- Strong track record of building new regions, scaling teams, and operating in high-growth environments ,
- Data-driven sales management experience, including Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) ,
- Solid understanding of SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, and/or enterprise software ,
- Strong communication, coaching, team development, and stakeholder management skills ,
- High ownership mindset, strong drive, and passion for growth ,
- Fluent in German and English ,

What the job involves
- The Director of Sales is a key leadership role driving growth across the ALPS and Eastern European region ,
- We’re looking for a proven SaaS sales leader with a strong track record in building and leading high-performing new business teams, consistently exceeding revenue targets, and driving disciplined execution ,
- You will lead teams across Austria, Switzerland, and Eastern Europe, setting a high-performance culture, holding teams accountable, and leading from the front ,
- This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to scale teams, win new logos, and deliver sustained growth in a competitive environment ,
- The role can be based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Strong regional experience across ALPS and Eastern Europe is essential ,
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing new business sales team across Southern Germany, Austria, and Switzerland ,
- Own and drive all regional sales activities, including pipeline management, forecasting, and go-to-market execution ,
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies to win new customers and expand partner relationships ,
- Analyse sales performance regularly and implement clear, actionable improvements ,
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Channel, and Customer Success to drive regional success ,
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development of new team members ,
- Ensure the team is fully enabled on Arctic Wolf solutions, value proposition, and competitive landscape ,
- Represent Arctic Wolf at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences
