As a strategic business partner to AMP-E’s CEO and the member of AMP-E executive team, the HR Director partners with the CHRO and HR leadership team to develop a HR strategy that meets the near- and long-term business needs and reflects the global HR strategy. Coordination with the European Works Council . Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership Partner with AMP-E CEO and CHRO to align regional HR strategy with business needs. Provide strategic input on organizational design and capability building. Support the evolution of the HR function by actively participating in the Global HR Leadership Team, contributing to the development of the Global HR Strategy, and championing the work of the Communities of Practice (COPs). Culture learning and leadership development; diversity, equity and inclusion and engagement activities, to ensure the business has the right people at the right time with the right skills. Align all activities with the global HR strategy, Centers of Excellence, Group policies and processes and the global HR Communities of Practice. Employee Relations
