Prepare and cook authentic Japanese cuisine to the highest standard Lead the kitchen team in the preparation of the dishes Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Adhere to all health and safety regulations Manage inventory and order supplies as needed Qualifications
You must have previous experience in Japanese cuisine Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high volume kitchen environment Attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality service Proficiency in Germanand/or English Flexibility to work various shifts, including some weekends and holidays Benefits
