and operational responsibility for international catering assignments.
On-site role at
Formula 1 GrandPrix
weekends in the
Paddock Club™ .
Ensuring our
quality
and
service standards .
Leadership and coordination of international kitchen teams.
Collaboration with operations and service teams.
Contributing to the
development of menus .
Off-season / race break:
Working in one of our DO & CO fine dining restaurants in Vienna.
Qualifications Completed culinary training and several years of experience as a
Sous Chef
or
Head Chef .
Experience in
fine dining ,
upscale catering , or
event gastronomy .
Valid
work permit
for Austria.
Structured working style and strong leadership skills.
Flexibility and willingness to
travel internationally .
Excellent
English skills ; additional languages are an advantage.
Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
Additional Information We offer a
gross monthly salary of €5,500 , plus additional compensation for Formula 1 races & other international events.
