Our firm advises international and domestic clients in all areas of business law relevant to their business activities, ranging from fund formation, banking, insurance, private equity, and real estate to corporate and tax matters. Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting: Senior Business Analyst – Elite (3E) Specialist – Fluent in French & English Your Role: As a Business Analyst specialized in Elite (3E), you will play a critical role in optimizing business processes and supporting users. Your main responsibilities include: Initiating and facilitating workshops with internal stakeholders; Gathering, analyzing, and evaluating business requirements to deliver high-quality services; Drafting detailed and accurate functional specifications; Modeling and documenting business processes; Organizing, leading, and supporting the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase; Ensuring effective coordination between various project stakeholders to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and gather feedback; Providing Level 1 support for the Elite (3E) ERP system. Your Profile: You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems or an equivalent field; You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role involving user support; You are specialized in the Elite (3E) ERP system or have extensive experience with it; You are fluent in both French and English (spoken and written); You are recognized for your problem-solving skills and your ability to make sound decisions; You have a strong attention to detail and are able to analyze complex systems; You can handle multiple tasks, quickly adjust priorities, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; You are proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project, and PowerPoint); You have working knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRA.
