Join the Cloud Centre of Excellence at ARHS Group, part of Accenture, and become part of our Managed Services team supporting large-scale cloud environments across multiple public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle, and more). In this role, you will focus on operating, monitoring, and improving cloud workloads while contributing to automation, reliability, and cost optimization initiatives.
THE WORK:
- Operate and monitor public cloud environments, primarily on AWS.
- Handle customer service requests, incident resolution, and SLA-based support activities.
- Lead incident response and contribute to root-cause analysis and post-incident reports.
- Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) game days and readiness testing.
- Analyze operational processes and propose improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to sustainability and cost optimization efforts.
- Automate infrastructure and maintenance tasks using Infrastructure as Code and scripting tools.
- Take part in a 24/7 on-call rotation as part of the Managed Services team.

HERE’S WAS DU BRAUCHST:
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in Cloud-Operation oder DevOps-Rollen.
- Starkes Wissen über die Kernservices von AWS (EC2, ELB usw.) und Linux-Umgebungen.
- Erfahrung oder starkes Interesse an Automatisierung und Infrastructure as Code-Ansätzen.
- Gutes Verständnis der besten Praktiken in der Cloud und der Prinzipien von DevOps.
- Fähigkeit zur Fehlersuche bei Netzwerkthemen (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP).
- Praktische Kenntnisse in Skript- oder Programmiersprachen.
