ARHS Group – Part of Accenture is looking for an experienced Backup & Storage Team Leader (M / F) to join our team at the client site, a European Institution in Luxembourg. As a Backup & Storage Team Leader, you will work in a dynamic team to maintain the overall backup infrastructure of the customer.

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of 10+ engineers, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while promoting a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for your team, acting as a bridge between upper management and team members to provide regular updates and resolve escalations.
3. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of storage-related services, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.
4. Set-up and maintain Storage devices’ definitions and policies.
5. Set-up and maintain Backup tool and corresponding application’s modules definitions and policies.
6. Monitor the Backup and Storage infrastructures.
7. Incident follow-up and resolution (SMT).
8. Generate reports on the overall status of the services’ infrastructure.
9. Cooperate with customers and providers through ticketing and email systems to solve inter-team or inter-provider problems.

Your profile:

1. You have at least 3 to 6 years of experience in the Backup & Storage domain within a large environment.
2. You have a university degree or equivalent level through experience and professional training.
3. Good knowledge in some of the following tools is required:
4. Commvault and its associated management tools.
5. Brocade and storage Hitachi and its associated management tools.
6. NetApp ONTAP storage arrays (AFFxxxx) and StorageGrid (SG6xxx) and its associated management tools.
7. DELL EMC Isilon / PowerScale and its associated management tools.
8. S3 protocol / Object Storage knowledge – preferably on Cloudian and / or Storage Grid.
9. Familiar with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
10. Proven leadership experience, including managing technical teams and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.
11. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and balance team workloads effectively.
