Your mission
- Advising our clients on the implementation, customization, and further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM in the Trade & Logistics sector
- Analyzing and optimizing business processes in procurement, sales, and logistics
- Gathering business requirements and developing appropriate solution concepts
- Configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM according to customer-specific requirements
- Conducting workshops and user training sessions, including the creation of training materials
- Providing technical support to users regarding the implemented solutions
- Working closely with internal and external project teams to ensure successful implementations
Your profile
- 2+ years’ consultancy experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM
- Good knowledge of the Procurement, Sales & Marketing and Inventory Management modules
- A willingness to engage in continuous professional development
- An active interest in AI solutions and the use of new digital tools to make your working life more efficient
- Very good German (at least C1) and good English language skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
