Your Mission

• Analyze customer requirements and create specifications for adaptations or extensions of Microsoft D365 HR and/or HR Management for Dynamics 365 (Hubdrive).
• Support customers in implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR or HR Management for Dynamics 365 (Hubdrive).
• Provide technical and methodological advice on business processes and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on using Microsoft D365 HR or HR Management for Dynamics 365 (Hubdrive).
• Collaborate with other team members on Dynamics 365 implementations.

Your Profile

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR, HR Management for Dynamics 365 (Hubdrive), or similar HR solutions in a consulting environment, or experience in HR or as a key user in HR solution implementation.
• Analytical skills, high abstraction level, and strong understanding of HR processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• IT affinity and technical understanding.
• Enjoy working with people, high customer orientation, and team spirit.
• Proficiency in German and good English skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft technologies like Power Platform and Dataverse.
