Analysis of business processes in manufacturing companies, identification of weaknesses and highlighting of potential along the value chain, with the aim of implementing Microsoft D365 FSCM. Conducting workshops on process mapping, developing target scenarios and prioritising areas for action, as well as supporting our implementation teams. Development of transformation strategies, roadmaps and action plans that combine technical requirements, business objectives and realistic implementation steps. Preparation of business cases and cost-benefit analyses, as well as advising decision-makers during the initial phase of ERP and transformation projects. Independent management of individual work packages depending on the project context, and contributing one’s own experience to the further development of our methods and consultancy services. Your profile
Several years’ experience in process or management consultancy within the manufacturing sector. A good understanding of how ERP systems support business processes, as well as an eye for the potential of digitalisation. Experience in analysing and optimising business processes, as well as in drawing up and clearly communicating business cases and value analyses. Strong team spirit Active use of AI tools in day-to-day work, with the aim of tangibly improving consultancy and transformation work. A structured, solution-oriented approach to work, as well as a confident and engaging manner in workshops and client meetings. Very good command of German (min. C1) and good command of English
