We are currently seeking a HR Data & AI Analyst* to build our people data and workforce intelligence capability from the ground up. This is a zero-to-one role — you won't be maintaining reports or running admin. You'll design the architecture, connect the data sources, and deliver the kind of sharp, forward-looking insights that our CEO, CFO, and private equity stakeholders use to make real decisions. This role sits within HR and is owned by the People function. You will be a core member of the HR team, reporting into HR leadership, with Finance and IT as key cross-functional stakeholders. Your primary partners include senior HR leadership and Comp & Ben; Finance and IT collaborate closely on data infrastructure and workforce cost modelling. Essential Functions Integrate and structure people data across Dayforce, payroll, finance, equity, and external salary benchmarking providers into clean, reliable datasets outside transactional systems Define and enforce data governance, ownership standards, and quality frameworks for HR metrics Design and maintain executive-level dashboards and advanced workforce models using BI tools and Excel Translate HR activity into financial and operational language for senior leadership and PE stakeholders Build scenario models for workforce planning, attrition risk, compensation cost evolution, and organisational design Prepare structured datasets to enable AI-driven workflows, decision agents, and HR automation Identify and experiment with analytics-driven tooling aligned with ARIS' future operating model Own the data and analytics layer for compensation — maintaining salary band structures, equity datasets, and benchmarking logic, and flagging governance risks proactively Serve as the analytics centre of excellence within HR, partnering with different stakeholders to embed data-driven decision-making across the HR function, and liaising with Finance and IT as needed on shared data infraestructure Minimum Requirements 3+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Data Analysis or Workforce Intelligence, ideally within an HR function or as an embedded HR Advanced Excel skills including Power Query and complex modelling Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) Hands-on experience integrating multi-source datasets and building dashboards outside HRIS platforms Solid understanding of HR metrics, workforce economics, and compensation data structures Startup or scale-up mindset: proactive, fast-moving, comfortable with ownership Strong communication skills — able to present complex data clearly to senior, non-technical stakeholders Fluent in English; German is a plus Nice to Haves Experience with Dayforce or similar HRIS/payroll environments Exposure to private equity reporting cycles or M&A workforce analytics Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and interest in applying them to HR use cases Experience building workforce planning or attrition risk models Knowledge of European compensation benchmarking frameworks INTERESTED?
