In this role, you will grow our software business across the DACH region, with a focus on manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services. You will win new clients, build long-term partnerships, and open new markets, selling to organizations that want to make better decisions with data.
Your role
- Develop and execute business development plans for the DACH region
- Identify new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with international clients
- Lead market expansion into manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services, including market analysis and entry strategies
- Report on pipeline, sales forecasts, and KPIs, and optimize outcomes based on sales data
Your profile
- 15+ years of software business development experience, ideally in data and performance management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, in direct sales and/or through partner channels
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Solid knowledge of the software industry and emerging technologies
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluent German and English; other European languages are a plus
