Lead the Next Stage of DACH Growth

This is an opportunity to take commercial ownership of the group charter strategy across multiple regions within one of the world’s most established air charter brokerages and have direct input into regional strategy, commercial priorities, recruitment and future investment.

We’re looking for an experienced passenger or group charter professional who can combine strategic leadership with the credibility to remain close to clients, opportunities and the market. You’ll lead an established regional team, strengthen key accounts, develop new markets and influence how the DACH business grows.

What will you take ownership of?

• Build and deliver the group charter growth strategy across the DACH region
• Lead, develop and expand a team of experienced charter professionals
• Identify new opportunities across sports, entertainment, corporate groups, MICE, government, tour operations and incentive travel
• Personally develop strategic relationships and support the conversion of major opportunities
• Strengthen existing accounts and create long-term, profitable client partnerships
• Set commercial priorities and drive performance against regional GP and growth targets
• Support the team with complex enquiries, aircraft solutions, pricing and negotiations
• Identify opportunities to expand into new markets, sectors and client groups
• Recruit and develop additional brokers as the regional business grows
• Work collaboratively across Group Charter, Private Jet and international offices
• Represent the business at client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities
• Report regional performance, market developments and strategic recommendations to European leadership

Who will do well here?

• A proven new-business generator with strong commercial results
• Someone who has led, managed or meaningfully developed charter brokers
• A leader who remains comfortable being personally involved in key accounts and major opportunities
• Someone with a strong understanding of commercial passenger aircraft, complex group movements, pricing and margin
• An individual with an established network across the DACH charter, travel, sports, entertainment, MICE or corporate markets
• A commercially minded strategist who can identify where future growth should come from
• A credible and supportive leader who can raise performance without micromanaging
• Fluent or professionally proficient in German and English
• Based within a realistic commute of Cologne and able to attend the office at least three days each week

You don’t necessarily need to hold a Director title already.

An established Head of Charter, Sales Manager, Team Leader or exceptional Senior Group Charter Broker with strong results and genuine leadership experience could be ready for this step.
