- Advise the centre head and management on all aspects of availability as well as in case of mobilisation (member of the management committee) - Develop principles for basic and operational availability, as well as lead the corresponding controlling - Continuously develop concepts, implement them, evaluate the state of preparations and availability and crisis management - Design, coordinate, implement and evaluate training in the areas of availability and mobilisation at the Army Logistics Centre Grolley - Ensure the overall image in ordinary and extraordinary situations of the Army Logistics Centre Grolley, in collaboration with the regions and logistics operations. - Develop, enhance and steer Business Continuity Management
What makes you unique
- University degree (master's/bachelor's) and management training with several years of professional experience related to the function; in-depth knowledge in logistics as well as in availability and mobilisation - Officer training / officer at troop corps / large unit level; very good knowledge of the military environment and mastery of leadership processes - Analytical and strategic economic thinking combined with the ability to act, persuasive power, stress resistance, strong negotiation and organisational skills, as well as high social and leadership competencies - Skills in the digital 4.0 working world and openness to change; strong awareness of security and in-depth knowledge in data security - Proven skills in training and project management - Very good knowledge of a second official language (B2), very good knowledge of English (B2) and passive knowledge of a third official language (B1)
