St-Maurice | What you can contribute- Establish the budget for the Glaciers, launch calls for tenders, and contribute to the corresponding reporting tasks- Perform PISA control and plan the deployment of militia personnel- Lead projects, develop directives, regulations, and requirements, and conduct them- Manage the website and intranet of the Glaciers, perform demanding translation work- Respond to requests from members of the Glaciers (members from over 35 countries)- Manage the affairs of the Glaciers command according to its directivesWhat makes you unique- Federal VET Diploma in commerce, higher professional qualification with several years of experience, or equivalent- Ideally, officer or non-commissioned officer rank with experience in military personnel management- In-depth knowledge in the financial field- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, military personnel management, and controls within the army, as well as PISA and MIL Office- Very good knowledge of a second language, both oral and written, and proficiency in EnglishIn a few wordsIn this versatile position, you assume responsibilities, coordinate, plan, and support, as a specialist, the Glaciers which takes place every two years, and ensure its follow-up. Acting as a pivot in the field of finance, project management, and militia personnel management, you participate in the smooth operation of an experienced team.
