The 31st Aviation Brigade (Br av 31), with its five air base commands, 14 troop corps and three training/school commands subordinate to it, is a very dynamic organisation focused on deployments and training, which makes an essential contribution to the services and missions of the Air Force and the Army. In this versatile and highly responsible leadership position, you coordinate, plan and support, together with your team, the military services as well as the military training and advanced training of the members of the Br av 31. In addition, you support the commander of the Br av 31 and the subordinate commands in coordinating and anticipating the succession of officers as well as in all technical matters relating to "Troop Personnel". You thus play a central role in militia personnel planning and support the smooth functioning of a well-coordinated militia corps, in harmony with the professional organisation. The Operations Command (cdmt Op) is responsible for all operations and military engagements of the Swiss Army. The cdmt Op includes, among others, the Air Force, the Land Forces, the four territorial divisions, the SWISSINT Competence Centre, the Special Forces Command as well as the Military Police.
