Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Location: Berlin

Your tasks

Conduct preliminary assessments of companies, including market analysis and financial modelling
Collaborate with internal stakeholders at Aroundtown to determine fit with the business
Analyze financial statements, business models, and industry trends
Collaborate with external experts and advisors as needed
Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess risk and return profiles
Provide market intelligence to inform investment decisions
Prepare investment memos and presentations for leadership
Present findings and recommendations to the investment team

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; an MBA or CFA is advantageous
Experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or a similar field
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling
Familiarity with the startup ecosystem
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficiency in English and German
