Junior Business Controller (m/f/d)

Location: Berlin

Your tasks

• Preparation of budgets and quarterly forecasts for commercial real estate in cooperation with asset and property management
• Preparation of monthly P&L reports
• Cost analysis and monitoring
• Budget variance analysis
• Preparation of reports and projections for management
• Further development of the existing reporting system

Your profile

• Completed degree / education, ideally with a focus on controlling/finance and accounting or comparable practical experience
• First professional experience in the area of controlling/finance is preferable
• Good knowledge of German and fluent English
• Very good knowledge of Excel as well as excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills, good understanding of numbers and very good self-organization
• A high degree of commitment and the ability to work in a team
