Overview
As Technical Solution Architect you will lead the design and delivery of complex engineering and digital solutions for diverse clients. You act as the primary technical authority during pre-sales, discovery, and initial implementation, analyzing client ecosystems to select tech stacks and craft scalable, secure architectures. You guide engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client needs, while partnering with sales to present compelling, cost-aware concepts. This role offers impact across automotive, industrial, and IoT domains within a global engineering services context.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Architect end-to-end technical blueprints balancing requirements, budget, and constraints
- Lead technical discovery sessions and build high-level solution concepts and cost estimates
- Evaluate and select tech stacks (embedded, cloud platforms, frameworks, databases, integrations) for industry needs with focus on electronics hardware, embedded firmware, and mechanical aspects
- Act as the technical north star: review code/architecture, establish best practices, troubleshoot bottlenecks
- Develop PoCs to validate architecture and reduce risk before scale-up
- Translate complex technical layouts for non-technical stakeholders and executives
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 8+ years in software engineering or systems design
- 3+ years in architectural or client-facing consultant capacity (agency/consultancy/engineering service)
- Advanced expertise in product design lifecycle; hands-on BSP and firmware development across multiple microcontrollers
- Deep understanding of microservices, event-driven, serverless, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with production line testing and test fixtures; regulatory compliance familiarity
- Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or related discipline
