Overview

As an Account Manager for Semiconductor at Arrow Global Components, you will grow mid-size to large assigned accounts, expand market share, and drive pipeline through solution selling. You’ll build strategic account plans, nurture design and supply-chain relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs. Verantwortungsbereiche

• Grow and develop the Semiconductor business within the assigned customer base; expand market share and maximize Arrow’s share of customer spend
• Define critical markets and identify new customers in the sales territory to enable solution selling
• Maintain and promote relationships with contacts responsible for design opportunities and existing business challenges
• Ensure customer satisfaction related to supply chain management and value-added services
• Develop strategic account plans for all assigned accounts
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and the marketplace

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Proven work experience as Account Manager or Business Development Manager
• At least 4 years’ experience in the Electronics industry
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Business fluency in English and German
