We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world. Our business is based on a trusted, long-lasting net of relationships with industry leaders, both on the supplier and customer side.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Product Strategy & Vision:

• Help shape and communicate a digital strategy that guides product decisions and aligns teams.
• Lead the execution and delivery of digital enablement strategies that enable the business to grow.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, market demands, and product success.

Product Development:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from planning to post-launch.
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Prioritize features and improvements based on customer needs, tech impact, and business value.

Digital Transformation:

• Drive digital transformation by integrating scalable digital solutions and methodologies into current processes.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve business outcomes through digital innovation.
• Stay updated on industry trends to keep digital products competitive.

Stakeholder Management:

• Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally and regionally to ensure products are successfully developed and launched.
• Partner with marketing, operations, and sales to drive product adoption.
• Build strong relationships to gather feedback and keep products aligned with business needs.

Performance Analysis:

• Define and track key metrics to measure product success.
• Use data and feedback to refine product strategies and inform growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of relevant experience as digital product manager ideally in electronics or electronics distribution industry or similar (automotive, medical devices etc.).
• Problem solver who brings fresh perspectives to existing solutions.
• Strong understanding of business challenges and how to improve processes.
• Leadership experience, often guiding project teams or mentoring others as individual contributor.
