We distribute, customize, and deliver electronic components to customers across the globe.Our **Internal Sales Representative Automotive IP&E (m/f/d)** team is the primary point of contact for major global automotive customers. We own the internal processes end-to-end – from order management and logistics to forecast handling and continuous process optimization – while working closely with Account Managers, FAEs, and cross-functional teams including Quoting, Asset, Legal, Logistics, Finance, and more.**Your Responsibilities:*** Serve as the primary point of contact for key global Automotive customers, owning full process — order management, logistics coordination, and forecast execution* Drive continuous improvements across lead times, data quality, escalation handling, and issue resolution; ensure full traceability through accurate documentation and reporting* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quoting, Asset, Legal, Logistics, Finance, Credit) and manage supplier interactions to secure supply and ensure compliant, on-time execution* Work effectively across Arrow regions, time zones, and cultures; travel to customer sites as needed to resolve issues and strengthen relationships**Your Profile:*** Proven experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Sales Operations, ideally in the Automotive or electronics distribution industry* Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and supply chain dynamics* High level of customer orientation, ownership, and accountability* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment* Ability to work under pressure and manage complex, fast-paced business scenarios* Analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and performance transparency* Completed commercial or technical training/degree* Good MS Office skills* Fluent in English and German**What We Offer:*** Flexible working hours* Hybrid working / home office* Capital-forming benefits* Company pension plan contributionArrow is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to create a diverse working environment by providing equal employment opportunity for all qualified persons.#LI-PW1#LI-Hybrid# **Location:**DE-Neu Isenburg, Germany (Frankfurter St)# **Time Type:**Full time #J-18808-Ljbffr
