About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Onshore Installation Site Manager with a strong background in the wind industry to lead our upcoming onshore projects across Europe. In this role, you will be the driving force on-site, managing day-to-day installation operations, coordinating diverse teams, and ensuring that our projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations during onshore wind turbine installation phases, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
- Contractor Management: Coordinate subcontractors, main contractors, and internal teams to maintain seamless communication and workflow.
- Schedule & Resource Optimization: Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and site performance to meet key milestones.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce project procedures, contractual obligations, and industry standards, championing a zero-harm safety culture on-site.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated background in a Managerial or Supervisory role within the wind sector.
- Industry Expertise: Strong hands‑on experience specifically in onshore wind installation; familiarity with Enercon technology is highly preferred.
- Certifications: Valid and up-to-date GWO (Global Wind Organisation) certificates and a valid Medical certificate.
- Eligibility: Full, unrestricted right to work in the European Union.
