To support our department Medical Education in Munich, we are currently offering a position as
Learning Program Specialist (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
- To support the goals of the Medical Affairs department, you design, develop, and adapt interactive and engaging training materials. You work closely with your team to ensure digital content is always up to date.
- You conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements. Additionally, you collaborate with the clinical team to ensure alignment of the clinical curriculum.
- You deliver learning content at courses and events organized by the Medical Education department, ensuring that all necessary materials are provided to support colleagues.
- You evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and analyze training outcomes.
- In collaboration with a data analyst, you ensure that all course data is recorded in the database.
- Furthermore, you manage the training database, records, and reports to ensure compliance and tracking of policies.
- You stay up-to-date by implementing current industry trends and technologies in training.
- You assist in coordinating logistics for training sessions and events, including planning, material procurement, and communication.
- You work closely with the Learning Program team in INc. to ensure alignment across regions.
Your Profile
- You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Educational Sciences, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a similar field, and you bring relevant professional experience in training, instructional design, or a related area.
- You possess strong presentation and communication skills.
- You have experience in successfully designing and delivering training programs and can provide evidence of this. Additionally, you have experience working with e-learning programs, learning management systems (LMS), and virtual training tools.
- Furthermore, you have good knowledge of e-learning authoring tools, Intellum solutions (Exceed, Evolve, Level, and Tribe), and MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You have a great passion for continuous learning and professional development and are adaptable to changing environments and training needs.
- You are characterized by high ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- You are willing to travel approximately 5%.
