- Assume people leadership responsibilities in the HR Projects function in the future
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent)
- Several years of HR project management experience in international or consulting settings
- Strong knowledge of modern HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
- Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional, multinational projects
- Robust stakeholder management and influencing abilities
- Analytical, structured, proactive with ownership mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional European languages are advantageous
- Leadership experience or potential for future leadership
