What You'll Do Own a product area from user need through release and continuous improvement Work with users and stakeholders to understand problems, define requirements, and set priorities Partner closely with AI engineers throughout development and delivery Define success criteria and validate that solutions deliver the expected value Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the experience Contribute to sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and the way our team works Support product communication and enable successful adoption across the organization What You Bring5+ years of experience in digital product management Experience working closely with software development teams Strong understanding of agile software development Ability to translate user needs into clear requirements and priorities Interest in AI technologies and curiosity about how AI products behave in real-world use Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders Comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, and navigating ambiguity Excellent English skills.
