Senior Business Solution Analyst HCM Payroll (m/f/d)
Join us at Arthrex as a Senior Business Solution Analyst HCM Payroll (m/f/d) in Munich. Support our IT department by driving process improvements, supporting SAP HCM Payroll operations, and implementing SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure compliance with German labor and tax regulations. Lead projects, mentor junior analysts, and act as a subject matter expert in SAP HCM modules.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with IT focus, or similar
- Experience with SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management, and SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Knowledge of SAP HCM modules and German payroll regulations
- Ability to read/debug ABAP code and write functional specs
- SAP certifications preferred; additional SuccessFactors modules expertise is a plus
- Fluent in English and German with strong communication skills
