To support our department Medical Education in Munich we are currently offering a position as

Supervisor Medical Education Operations
Your Tasks

• You will lead and organize medical education programs, including company courses, lab sessions, instructor requests, observation programs, professional society workshops, and educational grants
• You will manage and coach the Med Ed Operations team, including performance evaluations and fostering individual development
• In collaboration with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, etc.) and external partners, you will ensure program alignment and impact
• You will be responsible for initiating and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality, along with accurate and timely reporting using event management and CRM tools
• Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, and analyze data and feedback to assess program performance and support strategic decision-making
• You will assist in budget planning, resource allocation, and operational forecasting, and contribute meaningfully to cross-functional initiatives, documentation, and the development of best practices

Your Profile

• You hold a bachelor\’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; a master\’s degree is preferred
• You have several years of professional experience in medical administration, event management, office organization, or a related area, ideally in a leadership role
• You possess certified training in event coordination and/or healthcare, with proven experience in independent execution, process optimization, and/or team leadership
• Familiarity with project management methodologies or certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PMP) is a plus, highlighting your ability to manage projects in a structured and efficient manner
• You are a team player and open to learning new areas of responsibility—just as important to you as it is to us
• A problem-solving and service-oriented mindset, along with excellent written and spoken German and English skills, complete your profile
