Overview
In this Finance Manager role you will partner with the CFO to ensure precise financial reporting and robust controls across ARTIDIS and its international subsidiaries. You’ll manage day-to-day accounting, budgeting, cash flow, and financial analysis to inform management decisions. Located in a fast-paced, collaborative startup, you will shape finance processes, support audits, and drive continuous improvement. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities (AR, bank postings, expenses, journals, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets)
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings for Switzerland HQ and US/Spain/Croatia subsidiaries
- Prepare management reports, KPIs, and variance analyses for executive leadership
- Support budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash-flow planning, and actual vs. budget reviews
- Coordinate subsidiary finance activities with local accountants, payroll providers and external advisors
- Process intercompany transactions and support group consolidation
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor/Master in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in finance, accounting, controlling or FP&A, preferably international
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, NetSuite, Abacus or similar)
- Hands-on, proactive, structured approach in a dynamic growth environment
- Fluency in English; German desirable
