Event management- Prepare commercial offer projects according to the directives and price grids defined by Management.- Ensure complete follow-up of files.- Prepare briefs intended for the teams.- Centralize, check, and transmit the necessary information to the various departments.- Ensure compliance with deadlines, checklists, and schedules.- Participate in the follow-up of events and ensure the proper execution.- Be present punctually in support during certain events.- Participate in the continuous improvement of our event processes.2.
