Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections on individual parts and assemblies
- Independently prepare and evaluate first-article inspections and functional tests
- Create complete and standards-compliant delivery documentation
- Record and track nonconformance and quality reports
- Coordinate containment measures as well as corrective and preventive actions through multifunctional teams
- Stabilize production processes by rapidly resolving quality issues
- Ensure operational surveillance of employees, products, and processes within assigned tasks
- Support and coach production personnel within L1/L2 delegation
Qualifications
- Completed training as a metalworker / vehicle body builder or in a metalworking occupation, in each case with master craftsperson qualification
- Many years of professional experience in manufacturing / production, quality management, and quality assurance
- Ideally, experience in the production or inspection of carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFK)
- Completed qualification as a technician or master craftsperson
- Business fluent German (at least C1)
- Advanced English (at least B2)
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a solution-oriented, careful working style
- Assertiveness, independent, flexible, and resilient working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
