Job description

Tasks

1. Creation of time calculations for the production areas
2. Time calculation using MTM STV (Methods-Time Measurement, Standard Time Value)
3. Application of the NC process for time calculations
4. Contact person for production, work preparation, other support areas as well as development and construction
5. Identification and implementation of optimisation measures in production
6. Time evaluation of modifications, process optimisations and improvement proposals
7. Collaboration in the further development of MTM STV time modules

Requirements

1. Successfully completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or a technical apprenticeship
2. ALTERNATIVELY completed studies in aircraft construction, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or aerospace
3. Several years of professional experience in manufacturing / production, aircraft construction, manufacturing engineering, line side support and process planning advantageous
4. Knowledge of change management, lean management and process management
5. Proof of time calculation method competence MTM STV (Methods-Time Measurement, Standard Time Value)
6. Initial user knowledge of SAP, TiCon, knowledge of Google Workspace advantageous
7. Business fluent German
8. Work permit for the EU
