For our client, Airbus Operations GmbH , we are looking for a committed Project Associate Operational Planning & PMO at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. The gross annual salary ranges, depending on qualifications, between €64,000 and €67,500.Please note: We can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Job description

Tasks

• Support with Capex management and operational performance
• Plan and organize workshops and events
• Assist with budget planning within the framework of the Operational Plan (OP)
• Ensure governance procedures and standard reviews
• Perform data analysis and prepare monthly reports
• Organize and settle business travel arrangements
• Handle tasks in the Project Management Office (PMO)
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Toulouse and other central departments

Requirements

• Completed studies in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
• Several years of experience in project management, finance and risk management
• Initial experience in event organization and data analysis
• Advanced user skills in Google Workspace
• Fluent German and English skills (min. C1), French is an advantage
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
