Job description

Tasks

• Quality inspection of components and systems according to defined checkpoints
• Support of cross-functional quality projects
• Execution and documentation of FAI inspections (initial inspections) and processing of quality notifications
• Planning, execution and follow-up of system, process and product audits
• Contribution to the development of quality processes and concepts
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with process and procedural standards in production
• Participation in DSQR meetings for coordination with the quality officers at the supplier
• Independent implementation of quality improvement measures

Requirements

• Completed training as an aircraft mechanic or in a comparable technical vocational training with many years of professional experience
• Many years of professional experience in the areas of quality management, quality assurance, technical documentation and process improvement
• Knowledge of aviation law (EASA / FAA) and experience with standards such as DIN ISO EN 9000 / EN 9100
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Business fluent German (min. C1) and advanced English skills (min. B2)
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
