If you\’re driven by the challenge of creating something impactful and leading Germany\’s charge towards a sustainable energy future, this is your moment.As our Energy Business Leader – Germany at Arup, you will:Strategically develop & execute: Define and implement the market entry and growth strategy for Arup\’s energy business in Germany, identifying and prioritising key opportunities.Drive market penetration & client engagement: Cultivate and expand senior-level client relationships across utilities, developers, investors, and government bodies, positioning Arup as a trusted advisor and partner.Lead & inspire: Build, mentor, and lead a motivated, high-performing energy team in Germany, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.Champion technical excellence & growth in key segments: Drive business development and project acquisition with a focus on High Voltage Networks, Energy Storage, and Renewable Energy, ensuring solutions meet client needs and Arup\’s quality standards.Collaborate & leverage: Work closely with European and global colleagues to bring the best of Arup\’s international expertise to the German market, ensuring brand coherence and maximising our collective impact.Does this role inspire you?We\’re looking for someone who is passionate about developing the German energy market strategy.
