About the Role

As the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for Business & Operations, you will lead the charge in hiring the world-class talent that drives our commercial and operational engine. This isn't just about filling seats; it's about being a strategic partner to leadership, shaping the teams that scale our business, enter new markets, and build our corporate backbone.

You will own the hiring strategy for all non-technical departments, from commercial and finance to program management and operations. You will design and implement strategic initiatives, build robust talent pipelines, and ensure every candidate experience reflects our innovative and mission-driven culture. This is a key leadership role where you will directly influence our growth trajectory.

  • A data-driven recruitment culture, using metrics to guide hiring decisions, challenge assumptions, and continuously elevate our talent bar.

What You Bring

  • A proven track record of over 5 years in talent acquisition, with experience hiring for a variety of business and operational roles.
  • Prior experience in a fast-growing deep-tech or technology scale-up is a significant plus.
  • Expertise in advanced sourcing, market mapping, and building strong talent pipelines for senior and hard-to-fill roles.
  • A data-first mindset, with the ability to use metrics to inform your strategy and influence senior stakeholders.
  • A deep commitment to creating an exceptional candidate experience and a passion for recruitment innovation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to act as a trusted advisor to leadership.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment, adapting quickly to evolving priorities while driving results.
  • Professional fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong advantage.
