Head of Private Banking & Business Development in Genève

We are looking for a senior and entrepreneurial Head of Private Banking & Business Development to join our team in Geneva or Zurich.This is a key leadership role for an experienced Private Banking professional with a strong track record in Wealth Management, an established client franchise and the ability to further develop the Bank’s Private Banking activities.Your profileSignificant experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management, ideally within the Swiss banking environmentProven leadership experience and the ability to lead and develop a team of Relationship ManagersStrong business development capabilities and an entrepreneurial mindsetEstablished client relationships representing a portfolio of at least CHF 300 million in assetsExcellent understanding of UHNW and HNW client needsStrong knowledge of the Swiss regulatory and cross-border environmentHigh level of integrity, discretion and client orientationFluency in English; French, German and/or other languages are a strong advantageYour roleYou will be responsible for leading and developing the Bank’s Private Banking activities, strengthening existing client relationships, attracting new clients and supporting the continued growth of our Wealth Management business.You will work closely with the CEO and senior management and play an active role in the Bank’s commercial development and strategy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
