We are looking for a senior and entrepreneurial Head of Private Banking & Business Development to join our team in Geneva or Zurich .
This is a key leadership role for an experienced Private Banking professional with a strong track record in Wealth Management, an established client franchise and the ability to further develop the Bank’s Private Banking activities.
Your profile
- Significant experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management, ideally within the Swiss banking environment
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to lead and develop a team of Relationship Managers
- Strong business development capabilities and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Established client relationships representing a portfolio of at least CHF 300 million in assets
- Excellent understanding of UHNW and HNW client needs
- Strong knowledge of the Swiss regulatory and cross-border environment
- High level of integrity, discretion and client orientation
- Fluency in English; French, German and/or other languages are a strong advantage
Your role
You will be responsible for leading and developing the Bank’s Private Banking activities, strengthening existing client relationships, attracting new clients and supporting the continued growth of our Wealth Management business.
You will work closely with the CEO and senior management and play an active role in the Bank’s commercial development and strategy.
