For our client, one of the leading helicopter operators in the German-speaking region, we are currently seeking a Senior CAMO Engineer (m/f/d) for direct employment in Munich area, starting at the earliest possible date.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee the continuing airworthiness of the aircraft fleet in full compliance with applicable EASA Part-CAMO regulations.
  • Develop, coordinate, and continuously improve maintenance programs while ensuring effective maintenance planning.
  • Review, assess, and implement mandatory and recommended airworthiness requirements, including Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs), and other approved modifications.
  • Ensure accurate aircraft configuration management and maintain complete and reliable technical documentation.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between CAMO, maintenance providers, flight operations, OEMs, and relevant aviation authorities.
  • Contribute to regulatory compliance, internal and external audits, and continuous improvement initiatives while providing technical expertise on complex maintenance and airworthiness topics.

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering or another relevant technical field, alternatively a valid EASA Part-66 B1.3 and/or B2 License combined with appropriate industry experience.
  • Proven professional experience in Continuing Airworthiness Management (Part-CAMO) and/or Part-145 helicopter maintenance, with a strong understanding of the applicable EASA regulatory framework.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of helicopter maintenance and airworthiness.

Experience with Airbus Helicopters(H135, H145, AS350) is highly desirable, while familiarity with Bell 206/407 or Leonardo AW109 helicopters would be advantageous.

  • Practical experience in developing and managing Aircraft Maintenance Programmes (AMPs), implementing Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs), handling approved modifications (e. g.

STCs, Mi Cs, ICAs), and maintaining aircraft configuration and continuing airworthiness.

  • Confident user of LTB400 or a similar aviation maintenance management software, with the ability to work accurately with technical documentation and aircraft records.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English, spoken as well as written.
