About the Role

We’re building the AI‑powered systems that drive how our GTM organization sells, prioritizes, and engages customers. Our flagship internal platform is an AI revenue engine embedded directly into Salesforce that combines predictive scoring, generative outbound, account intelligence, and automated workflows. The Product Owner will take hands‑on ownership of this platform and the broader GTM AI systems portfolio, manage the backlog, drive cross‑functional execution, and ensure AI systems are trusted, adopted, and continuously improving.

Responsibilities

  • Day‑to‑day product ownership of the Salesforce‑embedded intelligence platform, including scoring models, account POVs, generative email, contact sourcing, and signal‑to‑action workflows.
  • Expand and maintain a growing ecosystem of AI‑driven GTM tools, such as auto‑outbound pipelines, meeting prep, deal assist, churn early warning, and enablement surfaces.
  • Manage the product backlog end‑to‑end: write specs, prioritize ruthlessly, run sprint ceremonies, and ship iteratively with engineering.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, CS, RevOps, Data, and Engineering; translate seller feedback into system improvements.
  • Own adoption metrics, build enablement materials, run regional rollouts, and ensure global teams (including localized markets) derive value.
  • Maintain and iterate on LLM prompts powering email generation, scoring justifications, and AI‑generated account intelligence; ensure output quality, tone, and accuracy.
  • Work across Salesforce, Databricks, Workato, and Outreach to keep data flows clean, logic sound, and automations reliable.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Revenue Technology professional within a B2B SaaS GTM organization.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (objects, flows, permission sets, embedded components).
  • Experience with at least one data/automation stack (e.g., Databricks, Workato, SnapLogic, Airflow, dbt); ability to read and reason about pipelines.
  • Comfort with AI/LLM systems: prompt engineering, output evaluation, understanding model behavior and limitations.
  • Proven ability to write clear specs, BRDs, and acceptance criteria that engineering can ship.
  • Track record of driving adoption of internal tools or platforms across global teams.
  • Excellent cross‑functional communication skills; can engage sellers at SKO and present technical architecture to engineering leaders.
  • Experience with outbound sales tooling (Outreach, SalesLoft, Clay) or intent data platforms (6sense, Bombora, ZoomInfo).
  • SQL proficiency for ad‑hoc analysis, signal validation, or scoring model QA.
  • Familiarity with revenue scoring models (propensity, intent, engagement) and their tradeoffs.
  • Experience with global/localized rollouts (EMEA, APAC, Japan) and understanding that “one‑size‑fits‑all” does not work.
  • Background in enablement, GTM strategy, or sales operations.
