You ensure the optimal management of resources and the implementation of quality standards. You play a key role in supporting change, assisting your team in facing process evolutions, while ensuring appropriate responses to the needs of beneficiaries in one of our CMS in the eastern Vaud region.The work rate will be determined according to the needs of the service and discussed during the recruitment process.Main responsibilities- Accompany and follow your team in a dynamic of mutual trust and benevolence- Pilot and analyze activity indicators and dashboards, propose concrete solutions to guarantee efficient and balanced resource management- Participate actively in the management of the CMS- Organize and plan daily activity: individual follow-up, schedule management, recruitment and integration of new employees- Ensure the quality of care, compliance with regulatory frameworks, and the implementation of our charter of beneficiary rights- Support the development of everyone's skills, by valuing talents and promoting professional progression- Create links and foster collaboration by leading team meetings, coordinating activities, and collaborating closely with internal and external partners- Be an actor of change, by actively contributing to the continuous improvement of management and the proper functioning of the CMSProfile- HES diploma (nurse or equivalent) and experience in a hospital or medico-social environment- Proven training and successful experience of several years in the management and leadership of a team.
