Mobile Lift Maintenance Technician (Jumper)
One day on their own network, the next providing support to a colleague — the jumper is above all a technician who knows how to adapt to everything and everywhere. Recognised for their multi-brand technical knowledge and sense of dialogue, they play a cross-functional role linking teams and departments. A key position for technicians who like each day to be a little different from the last.
As a member of our after-sales service team, you are at the heart of the life of our installations and are responsible for the following tasks:
- Ensuring the proper functioning, compliance and safety of our installations through preventive and corrective maintenance actions (including changing small parts) - Providing occasional support to your colleagues on their respective networks as needed - Diagnosing and resolving faults effectively and sustainably - Supporting the handover process between installation and after-sales service at the end of commissioning work - Identifying repair or replacement needs and transmitting the necessary information for the preparation of offers (measurements, photos, ...) - Respecting QSE rules & actively contributing to continuous improvement
Your profile
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical field (mechanics, electricity, automation, ...) - You have several years of experience (minimum 5 years) as a technician in the lift sector - You reside in the region between Lausanne, Payerne and Romont - You hold a driving licence - With excellent adaptability, you are comfortable in varied environments and know how to manage the unexpected - Meticulous and organised, you appreciate autonomy and have a good sense of initiative - You communicate with ease and diplomacy, and know how to adopt the right approach depending on your interlocutors
