About The Role
As our Project Management Team Lead, you will lead and develop our Project Management team while helping evolve the function into a strategic business partner. Combining project leadership, business analysis, and continuous improvement, you will help translate business needs into practical solutions and measurable outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers
- Build strong Project Management and Business Analysis capabilities across the team
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and strategic priorities
- Lead complex cross-functional projects, including technology-focused initiatives
- Oversee project priorities, risks, dependencies, resources, and governance
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and ways of working
- Support organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis in a matrix organization
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and project teams
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency at a C1 level in English
- Experience with technology-focused projects
- PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus
- Pharma or healthcare experience is a plus
- Residency in Switzerland and a valid work permit
