h3ABOUT THE ROLE /h3 pAs our Project Management Team Lead, you will lead and develop our Project Management team while helping evolve the function into a strategic business partner. Combining project leadership, business analysis, and continuous improvement, you will help translate business needs into practical solutions and measurable outcomes. /p h3WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON /h3 ul li- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers /li li- Build strong Project Management and Business Analysis capabilities across the team /li li- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and strategic priorities /li li- Lead complex cross-functional projects, including technology-focused initiatives /li li- Oversee project priorities, risks, dependencies, resources, and governance /li li- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and ways of working /li li- Support organizational change and transformation initiatives /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul li- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field /li li- 5–10 years of experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis in a matrix organization /li li- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and project teams /li li- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills /li li- Excellent communication and organizational skills /li li- Proficiency at a C1 level in English /li li- Experience with technology-focused projects /li li- PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus /li li- Pharma or healthcare experience is a plus /li li- Residency in Switzerland and a valid work permit /li /ul h3WHY JOIN ASCENT HEALTH SERVICES? /h3 pJoin Ascent and thrive in a certified top-tier workplace, recognized by “Best Place to Work” and Kununu as one of the top 5% employers in our sector.
